The space Living Spaces :

The riad offers a spacious air-conditioned living room with 2 TV area, a welcoming dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. A housekeeper is available to prepare your meals (service available at an additional cost).

Bedrooms & Comfort:

The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom or shower, ensure optimal comfort and complete privacy for every guest.

Outdoor Areas:

Enjoy a relaxing moment around the private pool, sheltered from view, or savour your meals in the patio. A large sunny terrace is also available for you to enjoy the Moroccan sun.

🔥 Heated Pool (optional service)

The riad is equipped with a heated pool, available upon request. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance so we can prepare it properly. This service is offered at an additional cost of €50, due to the high electricity consumption required to heat the pool.

🪵 Wood-burning fireplace available The riad is equipped with a wood-burning fireplace for added comfort during cooler periods. Use of the fireplace is available as an optional service for €30 per stay, to cover the cost of firewood.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire private riad, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout their stay.

Relax by your private swimming pool (10 meters long, 1.6m deep) — the perfect spot to unwind under the Moroccan sun in a serene and secure setting.

Your host remains available 24/7 to assist with check-in, local recommendations, or any special requests, guaranteeing a personalized Marrakech experience.

For your convenience, airport transfers from Marrakech Menara Airport can be arranged upon request (with additional fee).

Other things to note Passport registration is mandatory for all guests, according to Moroccan law.

Parties are not allowed after 11 PM.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property (living room and bedrooms🚭). Smoking is only permitted on the terrace or near the pool.

Cooking service by the housekeeper: 🕘 Standard hours: 9 AM to 4 PM For dinner: preparation only, no table service. Payment is made directly to the housekeeper. It is possible to adjust the working hours, within a limit of 7 hours per day. ✅ Cook service rates for up to 6 people:

• Breakfast: €15 / 150 MAD • Meal: €25 / 250 MAD • Additional person: +€3 / 30 MAD

Groceries are not included in the meal price, but the housekeeper can take care of the shopping in advance if needed.

🧹 Cleaning: Daily housekeeping is mandatory. The cleaners must be able to access all areas of the property to ensure cleanliness and comfort during your stay.
